Van's answer (Gus):You could blend out the gouge from the drill, but as the parts are removed from the airplane, I think the best thing would be to replace the 811B. It's not very expensive and would not require much work to do.

It's a good idea to use a drill stop when there is something behind the hole to be drilled, or at least put a scrap piece of aluminum behind where ... more»

" Van's answer (Gus):I would drill some extra holes between the ones that have poor edge distance. You could make a new 802H, but it's not very visible so the extra holes won't be easily seen when it's completed. "

The Dynon answer: 1. There are small drain holes in both pitot and AOA lines that are not intended to be sealed. They are not just the holes you can see from the outside of the tube, but are inside the chamber and are not accessible to seal for your leak test. We recommend ... more»

They only appear to be about 1/4 hole off at most? You could enlarge the tank skin holes if necessary,

the last pop rivet on bottom skin was not good.
I bend E606PP when i remove this pop rivet.
The new MK319BS loose in hole and i can't remove it !
You can see on pics that it's the last rivet on the bottom side. You can see the bend flange of E606PP
Before riveting E606PP and E701PPSkin i glue with Redux 420 the two flanges E606PP to the skin.
